By availing our online medical opinion services ("Services"), you agree to utilize the Services provided by the Hospital/Healthcare Service Provider ("Company") and/or its affiliates in partnership with Visitxpert, subject to the specified terms and conditions. Remote consultations will be based on verbal communication and recorded as per our privacy policy and applicable laws. It is your responsibility to assess the information's accuracy and suitability before making decisions.

Informed Consent:

The service will be provided through video consultation or face-to-face interaction. Verbal communication, test reports, and information provided/uploaded on the website will be utilized during the consultation. You consent to the recording and storage of all communications and information provided during the service, treated as confidential as per our privacy policy and applicable laws.

Patient's Undertaking:

You are above 18 years and legally competent to use our services
Your use of our services complies with applicable laws and contracts
You undertake that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not intentionally misleading.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any deficiency, loss, or damages due to breach of terms and conditions by you
We are not responsible for errors in diagnosis, service delays, or technical issues beyond our control
We are not liable for any misinterpretation of advice given during the service
We are not liable for misdiagnosis or efficacy of prescribed treatments or medications
In no event shall we be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service use.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation of Consultation Sessions:

Sessions are scheduled between 9 am to 5:00 pm on working days, subject to availability
Consultation time may change at the doctor's discretion
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user without providing reasons
Book sessions in advance to ensure availability

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify us for losses due to misdiagnosis, incomplete information, misinterpretation, or incorrect payment details.

Miscellaneous:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
This agreement is governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru
By visiting our website, you authorize the placement of Cookies on your web browser
We may modify these terms without prior notification
If any part of the agreement is invalid, the rest remains in effect
